How to Make Your Hair Grow Faster – 2 Steps to Make Your Hair Grow Faster

Did you know that the average person’s hair only grows about half an inch per month? Did you also know that this rate can change and you can even speed up the growing process? Whether you are experiencing baldness or just want to speed up normal growth, in this article you’ll learn how to make your hair grow faster.

The basics, did you know that your hair is made out of protein? So a good way to speed up the natural process of new growth is to make sure you are eating a well-balanced diet rich in proteins. Make sure you have an optimum amount of protein in your daily diet.

Do other foods matter in regrowth? Well not exactly, you do need to feed your hair the vitamins it needs to flourish and grow faster. Vitamins such as biotin and omega 3 fatty acids really help it grow faster, I used to grow mine at about .3 inches per month but now it’s nearly a whole inch per month.

One of the things I learned how to make your hair grow faster is by having it constantly in a pulled-position. In my case, I would get corn rows done on my head so that they were straight and pulled and braided down. I would have the braids in for about 3 weeks and when I took them off, the strands on my head would be about an inch longer, which is pretty cool.

If you want to make your hair grow faster than normal, I recommend you get it braided on your head, it forces your strands to grow longer in length in less time. After you’ve had them in for about 2-3 weeks, take them off, you’ll just need to take off each individual braid, it’s very easy there’s nothing to it. Then just measure your new length and you’ll notice that it’s a lot longer than before the braids.

There are other ways how to make your hair grow faster, but I found these to the most effective.
