Men feel very disturbed when they notice signs of hair loss. A large part of the men who are losing hair, feel nothing can be done about it and take no preventive or corrective action. Instead they prepare themselves for living with it. And there is another group that is not ready to accept it lying on their back. They go ahead full steam to find out some magic cure that will solve their problem.

Neither of these two attitudes is correct. You should not just accept losing hair as your destiny, because there are pretty doable steps that you can take to counter it. And you should counter it because good hair means good look and good Look means good luck. Mind it that there is a subtle bias in human nature that always favours people with good looks.

The second group of people who are almost frantic to find some quick fix to handle the problem of hair loss are also in a flawed position, because there is no such quick fix at least not yet.

Instead what can be done is following some principles of good health and adopting some changes in lifestyle and the way you groom.

Here I list some easy to understand and follow steps which you may find useful.

Double-check your diet. Make sure you are getting enough dietary protein and all the required vitamins and minerals in sufficient quantity. If you have any doubt, consult a good dietician.
