Sudden hair loss is something that always strike terror into one’s heart. After all, hair plays an important part in defining a person’s identity. So, losing such a vital component suddenly is both alarming and scary.

- Telogen Effluvium: When somebody loses hair because of stress it is called telogen effluvium. - Androgentic Alopecia: When loss of hair occurs due to hormonal imbalances and genetic reasons it is referred to as Androgentic Alopecia. This causes patterned permanent baldness in men and hair thinning in women.
