Most people struggle with hair loss and just don’t know how to go about growing their hair back. What do they do when they notice that their hair is falling out at the speed of light?

They go off and make purchases on all sorts of treatments that are supposed to not only make their hair grow back, but stop it from falling out any further. The consequences are usually nothing short of side effects and a product that proved itself to be useless.

Don’t spend another dime of your money on any hair loss treatment until you’ve learned how simple it is to grow your hair back naturally.

Why Choose to Naturally Aid Hair Growth?

This is probably a question that a lot of folks have on their minds. They want to know why they shouldn’t use the popular stuff for treating baldness and use those that very few people are even using. A lot of the media are giving natural hair loss fighters a bad name.

They are saying that they are useless and are nothing more than “bogus cures” that trick people into thinking that natural is the besy way. I don’t mean to sound bias but really by naturally stimulating hair growth, you’re doing the best thing you possibly could do for your hair.

Simple Techniques That Work

One of the first things you can do to aid in regrowing your hair back is increase the amount of nutrients that your follicles receive. You can do this in one of two ways. Either start getting more of the nutrients in your body that are essential to your follicles. Or use your hands and literally get more nutrients to your follicles by way of scalp massage.

Both work well and what I would do is use a combination of scalp massage for about 15 minutes using essential oils, and change my diet a little bit to suit the needs of your internal hair-growing structure.

How to Make Your Hair Grow Faster – 2 Steps to Make Your Hair Grow Faster

Did you know that the average person’s hair only grows about half an inch per month? Did you also know that this rate can change and you can even speed up the growing process? Whether you are experiencing baldness or just want to speed up normal growth, in this article you’ll learn how to make your hair grow faster.

The basics, did you know that your hair is made out of protein? So a good way to speed up the natural process of new growth is to make sure you are eating a well-balanced diet rich in proteins. Make sure you have an optimum amount of protein in your daily diet.

Do other foods matter in regrowth? Well not exactly, you do need to feed your hair the vitamins it needs to flourish and grow faster. Vitamins such as biotin and omega 3 fatty acids really help it grow faster, I used to grow mine at about .3 inches per month but now it’s nearly a whole inch per month.

One of the things I learned how to make your hair grow faster is by having it constantly in a pulled-position. In my case, I would get corn rows done on my head so that they were straight and pulled and braided down. I would have the braids in for about 3 weeks and when I took them off, the strands on my head would be about an inch longer, which is pretty cool.

If you want to make your hair grow faster than normal, I recommend you get it braided on your head, it forces your strands to grow longer in length in less time. After you’ve had them in for about 2-3 weeks, take them off, you’ll just need to take off each individual braid, it’s very easy there’s nothing to it. Then just measure your new length and you’ll notice that it’s a lot longer than before the braids.

There are other ways how to make your hair grow faster, but I found these to the most effective.

You can switch from product to product in an effort to beat hair loss and you’ll find big differences in their effectiveness.

One product may cost you a ton of money and work only to a certain degree, while one a whole lot cheaper could be just what you need.

Well to be honest with you, I don’t recommend the use of any commercial hair loss product. You may think I’m a little insane because after all don’t you need one of these in order to grow more hair?

This is where a lot of folks come up wrong. You don’t have to use any of the latest concoctions that are being priced to sell on the market. All you have to do is target the root causes of your problem. Which is usually easy to do naturally.

If you have a receding hairline, one possible reason for this is because of blood not circulating properly in that area. Yes of course genetics plays a small role, but it’s usually blood flow that makes or breaks hair growth in this area.

Some cheap ways to increase blood circulation is to take the herb ginkgo biloba daily. You can find it in almost any vitamin or herb shop.

On top of that, scalp massage never hurt anybody. It has been used for centuries in many cultures such as the Indian culture for stress relief and healthy hair.

Really you must ask yourself is using a certain hair loss product is worth the time and the investment. Sometimes things aren’t as they seem.

There’s a dirty little hidden secret that 90% of those losing hair have no idea exists. Want in on it so you can have more hair naturally?
